Pulse is a workplace wellbeing app provided by Kofuku through your employer's programme. Using the app means accepting these terms.
Accounts are created by your programme administrator; you cannot sign up on your own. Access lasts for as long as you are enrolled on your employer's programme. Sign-in links are single-use and personal to you — do not forward them.
Pulse shows information about your health and activity, including calculated figures such as BMI, ideal body weight and calorie targets, and reference ranges for health check results. All of it is informational only and is not a medical diagnosis. It does not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional, and you should never delay seeking care because of something the app shows. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
Some figures come from your own entries, and some from readings taken at a health check. Calculated values are only as good as what they are based on. Step and heart rate data comes from Health Connect and depends on your device.
How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy. You can request deletion at any time.
We aim to keep Pulse available, but it may be unavailable during maintenance or for reasons outside our control. Access ends when your enrolment on the programme ends.
We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed, and significant changes will be noted in the app.
